1. What types of equipment does Riddick's Ride carry at the Lending Garage?
The availability of items changes frequently. Some pieces you may find in the garage include pediatric standers, sit-to-stand standers, high-low chairs, therapy benches, Tumble Form wedges, Firefly Go To seats, floor positioning systems, Special Tomato floor sitters, bath chairs, bath/shower chair stands, gait trainers, posterior walkers, Upsees, Versa Form pillows, Convaid cruisers and rodeos, McClaren strollers, Zippie strollers, WeGo strollers, manual wheelchairs, push style wheelchairs, elbow/knee immobilizers, wrist/hand splints, Hensinger collars, seizure helmets, therapy swings and much more!
2. How do I know if you have the equipment I need?
Riddick's Ride hosts monthly open garage events. In order to inquire about equipment availability, sign up for a slot and answer the questions included on the sign-up form. Volunteers review all requests 1-2 days prior to the event and will reach out regarding availability.
3. Is there a wait list?
At this time, Riddick's Ride does not keep a formal wait list. We encourage you to sign up each month and list the item(s) you are looking for.
4. How do I donate/return equipment?
Donations/returns are received during open garage event dates. Sign-up for a slot and include information about the donation/return in the comments. If the item(s) are not in good condition, we ask you reach out and include a picture and description of the item(s).
