Riddick's Ride first originated in 2014 as a community based fundraiser for a boy named Riddick Greyson Quinones. Check out his story below:

Riddick passed away on his third birthday, March 29th, 2015.  With the combinatation of RSV, a common respiratory virus that usually causes mild, cold-like symptoms, and ARDS, aka wet lung, Riddick's little body shut down.  Most individuals can recover in a short period of time, but for those with medical complexitites and respiratory conditions it can be life threatening.  

His parents made a promise to him that day to continue Riddick's Ride in his honor, helping other children with medical complexities to better their quality of life.  Riddick's Ride was officially established as a nonprofit in 2016.
